Randall Bolten

Mr. Bolton has more than 20 years of financial management experience in the software and computer industries and maintains significant Wall Street, mezzanine funding and venture capital relationships.

Most recently Mr. Bolten served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Broadvision where he had responsibility for BroadVision's financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and planning and oversaw BroadVision's initial public offering and secondary financings, and managed relationships with the investment community. He also participated in developing the business model and created BroadVision's administrative support infrastructure.

Prior to BroadVision, Mr. Bolten served as the chief financial officer at BioCAD Corporation, a supplier of drug discovery software products. Before joining BioCAD Corporation, Mr. Bolten served as Chief Financial Officer, Business Development Unit and then Vice President, Finance of Teknekron, a company engaged in the management of various high technology companies, where he oversaw several integration software companies and implemented accounting and project management systems. Previously, he served as the corporate controller at Oracle, where he was responsible for the implementation of Oracle Financials. Bolten has also held senior financial positions at Bowers Imaging Technologies, Tandem Computers and SRI International.

Bolten holds an economics degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A from Stanford University.
