Ana Pinczuk
Ms. Pinczuk is a results-oriented, versatile technology
executive with a proven track record in sales, marketing,
business development, R&D, and engineering. She is
currently a Senior Director of Operations for the Public
Carrier IP Group at Cisco, where she manages day to day
operations of the group.
Prior to joining Cisco, Ms. Pinczuk had an illustrious
fifteen year career at various divisions of AT&T
and Lucent where she held numerous positions including
IP Platform Planning Vice President where she had responsibility
for strategy, planning, definition, and market roll-out
of AT&T's IP Platform, and IP Backbone and Services
Development Director, where she led the AT&T R&D
organization responsible for transforming AT&T into
a Tier 1 ISP with the second largest IP network in the
United States. At AT&T she also has built several
other R&D organizations, served as Regional Director
for South America for the Division that is now Lucent
Technologies and was selected as #1 Global Sales Professional,
out of a 2000 person sales force, in her capacity as
Global Account Director for the JP Morgan account for
AT&T Business Communications Services.
Ms. Pinczuk was also nominated for the Catherine B.
Cleary 1999 AT&T Woman of the Year. She is considered
an exceptional leader with demonstrated expertise in
creating, rethinking, and redesigning global business
organizations, processes, and systems to achieve dramatic
improvements in performance.
Ms. Pinczuk has received a Management of Technology
Degree as a Moore Fellow at the Wharton School's Executive
Masters Program and has a Masters of Engineering in Mechanical
and Aerospace Engineering, from Cornell University. She
is a member of the Society of Hispanic Professionals
and Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers.
